- If you are a NEW patient to Bluff Road Medical, welcome – please call 9598 6244.
- Please note we are a private billing clinic.
- Long Appointments of 30 minutes or more are necessary for Travel Medicine, initial skin cancer checks, multiple health issues, surgical procedures and insurance medicals – please call 9598 6244.
- Male or Female health checks/ Pap tests also require a long 30 minute appointment– please call 9598 6244.
- Specialized appointments with our lactation or allergy doctors also require a long 30 minute appointment – please call 9598 6244.
- If you want to book a short repeat ongoing script/referral appointment, any appointment more than 2 weeks into the future or with Dr Joan Kaaden or Dr Anita Bearzatto – please call 9598 6244.
For all other regular standard 15 minute appointments, please use our convenient online booking system or book via this app.
Medical consultations are available Monday to Wednesday 8.00am to 8:00pm, Thursday 8.00am to 7:00pm, Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm. Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Sunday from 9.00am to 12:00 noon and Public Holidays 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Sundays and Public Holidays are for urgent medical conditions only and you must make an online or phone appointment prior to attending.
A reminder SMS will be sent to your mobile phone advising of your appointment the night before your appointment with your doctor. Please advise reception staff if you do not wish this to happen.
Online booking is not to be used in an emergency. If your matter is urgent, please present to your local hospital emergency department or call emergency TRIPLE ZERO (000).
