In addition to our recall and reminder systems, please also note down in your diary when you are next due for tests and checkups with your doctor. You should always contact us to get results of any tests that have been performed to ensure appropriate follow up.
A reminder SMS will be sent to your mobile phone advising of your upcoming appointment the night before the consultation. Your doctor may also contact you via SMS regarding results if arranged prior. Please advise reception staff if you do not wish to receive the SMS or if you have any concerns. Generally, it is advisable to make an appointment with your doctor if you wish to extensively discuss the outcome of any medical investigations and arrange appropriate follow up.
