Travel Medicine Clinic

When travelling overseas, it’s important to take precautions to protect your health. Whether you are planning an adventure holiday of epic proportions in Nepal or Namibia, or taking a laidback family vacation in Thailand, we can help. Here’s why you should see our friendly travel doctors before you depart.

1) Everything under the one roof

Our travel medicine clinic offers a one-stop service for all your travel-related medical requirements. Our doctors provide tailored travel advice and will explain the kinds of health risks you may encounter, such as malaria, dengue, Zika virus, rabies, traveller’s diarrhoea and altitude sickness. If you have existing medical issues, we can also provide advice about how to manage your health whilst overseas.

For added convenience, we stock the full range of vaccinations including Yellow Fever on site. Need a visa application health check? We can assist! How about a ‘fit to travel’ certificate or medication letter? We do those too. And if you’d like a customised medical kit with all the medications you could require, we can help!

2) We are experienced travellers

Anyone can catch the travel bug – even doctors! One of the benefits of choosing us as your preferred travel clinic is that our doctors are experienced travellers themselves. Dr Jason Rajakulendran, for example, has visited more than 100 countries around the globe! Our doctors know the ropes, and bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. We may even share some sightseeing tips with you during your consultation!

3) A name you can trust

Our travel clinic has built a reputation for excellence, and our travel doctors have undertaken advanced training in travel medicine. We are proud to be associated with Australia’s premier national organisation of independent travel medicine professionals, known as the Travel Medicine Alliance (TMA). With more than 40 clinics nationally, we have access to international travel health databases and other contemporary medical resources.

We’d love to help you with all of your travel health needs, so please get in touch today.

Bon voyage and safe travels!
