Weekend closure
Due to a major clinical software change, we will unfortunately be closed from Saturday 29th April 2023 to Sunday 30th April 2023 (including online bookings). We understand that this may impact your needs over this period and apologise in advance for the inconvenience. We will also have a delayed start on Monday the 1st of May opening at 9am. Thank you for bearing with all staff who may seem a little slower at the computer over this next little while whilst they adapt.

In other exciting news, throughout June and July, some of our doctors will be trialling a new App called MyPractice. Through this App, patients can receive prescriptions, referrals and medical certificates easily on your mobile device.
Accounts
Please be reminded that accounts are payable on the same day of service, otherwise a late payment fee will be applied.
Cancellation or ‘no show’ appointments
Please be reminded that a cancellation fee is applied if a booked appointment is not attended or cancelled within 2-hours of the appointment. We do understand that sometimes, the unforeseen can happen. As appointments for GPs are in high demand, this policy respects a doctor’s time and allows for other patients to be helped. Thank you for your understanding.
