HotDoc Appointment Booking Reminder
For all appointments, including Flu and COVID Vaccines, we strongly encourage booking online. This will enable you to receive reminders for your appointments. In addition, you are able to change or cancel appointments without calling the clinic.
As a reminder and to avoid duplication of your medical file, please refer to the following process when booking an appointment.
- Please book using the name on your Medicare card.
- Please use your full or complete name (e.g., Christopher) and not a shortened name (e.g., Chris).
- Remember to enter/register the appropriate patient information, not the individual making the appointment (e.g., DOB).
- Please update your profile with accurate information if you use the HotDoc app.
If you have cold or flu like symptoms, please arrange a phone or video telehealth appointment (if you have seen a GP at the clinic in the last 12 months). Alternatively, you may call the clinic to arrange a consultation on the day with our doctor in the URTI clinic.This is a precaution for all staff and patients regardless of whether you have tested negative to COVID 19 on a RAT or PCR test. We appreciate your understanding for wanting to protect our community
Staffing UpdateIf you are a regular patient at the clinic, you will notice some new faces. We are in the process of recruiting more new members to our valued team! We ask for your patience during this period, as we spend time in training them to provide the continuity of quality service to you and your family.
