We trust 2024 has commenced well and the year ahead is looking positive. We wish to keep you informed of pending changes to the centre’s operating hours which is set to begin on Monday 4th March, 2024.
After careful evaluation of our appointment schedules, we have noted consistent trends of decreasing demand for after hours appointments. With improved flexible working arrangements in the post Covid-19 era for a lot of people and to ensure sustainability of the medical workforce, we have decided to adjust our operating hours.
This change will result in earlier closure times on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Select public holidays may be affected but opening hours on weekends will remain unchanged. We wish you to know that the decision made with great thought and discussion, in consultation with your doctors at this service.
From 4th March, 2024, operational hours will be:
Monday 8am to 8pm (no change)
Tuesday – Thursday 8am to 6.30pm (changed)
Friday 8am to 6pm (no change)
Saturday 9am to 1pm (no change)
Sunday 10am to 12pm (no change)

Footy Tipping Competition
The AFL season starts on the 7th of March and we will be running a Bluff Road Medical and Bayside Family Medical Competition. The competition will be run from footytips.com.au – if you have never used this website, we suggest that you sign up prior.
The cost of entry is $20 which needs to be transferred prior to the first game of the season to to register your interest please use the button below
For the overall prize pool 40% will go towards a charity (suggestions welcome).
For the remaining prize pool (60%) this is what will then be divided amongst 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (From the 60%, the split will be 50%, 35% and 15%)
